Family with Teens
The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are small, but that seems to be the norm in the San Francisco area. The price was definitely a plus! Most of the staff was awesome, with the exception of the front desk clerk who was on and stayed on a personal call while checking us in. We felt rushed and disrespected, like we were bothering her. The hotel isn't quite as close to Shoreline Amphitheater as advertise, but it's still close. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and we'd probably stay there again if in the area. ...read more

Rooms clean and comfortable (plenty of pillows). Good location. Quiet. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall, it was OK. The sheets were not all that clean when we arrived and were not changed on the 2nd day of our stay. breakfast was served in the morning but the eggs were not edible. Wasn't all that bad for the money but next time I will want to spend a little more for better quality. ...read more

Met my needs, but wouldn't stay at the same location. Small parking lot, no working vending machines. In room microwave was broken.

Despite being right off the freeway, actually getting there was a bit tricky. The rooms were older but clean and more than adequate. When I asked for two beds, I was told that's not possible.
